Spring Break 2014

Man, I was so stoked for this break from school. But this year Davis School District got a weak Spring Break.

Friday, Kelly was home since he was working nights. We woke up and decided it was good weather to go and ride our bikes to my parents. I realized how much my bum hurt from sitting on the seat. I still love my cute little Schwinn Crusier. We hung out at my parents for a while. Kelly went on a bike ride with my dad when we got there in total Kelly biked 13 miles. Wow!

I ran into Sephora with my mom later that afternoon for some new makeup. I absolutely could spend thousands and thousands of dollars there. I am becoming a hoarder! Once we got back to my parents Marci had dropped off her kids and they left to go look at some new home development projects. It was fun to play with the kids. Especially to watch Corbin play in the dirt!

Saturday, I spent the day with my parents because Kelly went snowmobiling. I also went to Shayli's baptism and took some pictures. She is such a special little girl & I am so thankful I am such good friends with her mom, Toni. Later that night I went with my parents to the Women's Meeting. My mom wanted me to go to her building. It was fun seeing people from the homeward & others in the stake! Plus, seeing my dads counselors make me really happy. They are like family to us.

Sunday was an easy day well for the fact I got to stay in my PJ's all day. I wasn't feeling well so I stayed home from church. Kelly helped me make dinner for my parents since my mom's kitchen is torn apart. They are redoing the cabinets right now. The spaghetti turned out great and I loved the strawberry shortcake. Kelly was awesome for helping me put everything together.

Monday I helped my mom clean cabinets and prep them for painting & antiquing. We got lunch at Mcdonalds and spent the day chatting. I still had dance to go to that night, I love seeing the girls improve & the excitement that comes with Competition Season here.

Lunch at Kneaders...Yum!
Don't you think I should of bought that light?
Tuesday, I had got up & my mom was officially sick of painting. She said "get ready & lets leave". We went down to City Creek. Walking around some stores & eating lunch. It was fun & relaxing. I got a sweater on Clearance at Forever 21. I pulled a joke on Kelly for April Fools, there was this Pear light inside Anthropology. It was huge. I have wanted a light from IKEA for our front room for a long time now. Kelly call's it a snowball light but, I still love it! I sent Kelly a picture of the pear light and told him I bought it. He began to freak out that I would buy such an ugly thing. He totally thought I really bought it for thirty bucks. Oh, how hilarious I thought it was.

It was a easy going Spring Break. If only we could of had a full week off, I would of been so HAPPY!
