Winning & Loving

Friday night Kelly took me to In n Out burger. Yum. He told me that his coworker was asking where we like to eat. Kelly responded with my wife would be satisfied with any cheeseburger & pizza everyday. Sadly, he was totally correct. Those are major comfort foods & they make me happy.

After we were done eating Kelly wanted to go and play games at Nickle Cade. I had to laugh. It was actually quite fun. We played Skeeball for most of the time and a jackpot game. We ended up getting 257 tickets. 166 of those tickets were from when I won the jackpot game. I kept getting the light before or after the jackpot. I finally won the tickets. It was so weird how I felt happy when all those tickets kept coming & their were a few kids who were just staring at me that I had won so many. They had some old school games like Pac-Man. But 75% of their games had a jammed nickle so most of them we couldn't even play.

This Saturday two of our teams competed at Taylorsville High. It is the WDFKP, all of the fees for the dancers go straight to the Utah Food Bank. It costs a little more than usual competitions but they get to be around different studios & great judges. Plus just the cause of raising money for kids in need is a great idea.

Although some of the costumes didn't come like we wanted and didn't get shipped in time. The girls were great at knowing there routines & performing. I was very proud of them. Sometimes its hard to sit back and remember that they have improved & that things will still improve.

Also there is nothing better than a Hospitality room filled with veggies & coke!

Daylight savings time is killing me! I really shouldn't complain but I am going to. I just can't understand why we have to change the clocks. I know in about 6 months I will be fine with this & I do like it getting dark later.

I had to throw in these pictures of Kelly & Nala. We go and visit Kelly's grandma every Sunday. She has this chair that is fun to play with. I snapped this picture of Kelly getting out of it. The first thing he said was "No Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.." He didn't say blog. So here it is!

Nala is a sun bather. She cant get enough of it! & who wouldn't love to just lay in bed all day.
